Only registered businesses with a valid license or incorporation certificate are eligible. The agency must operate in the construction and/or real estate industry. Individual agents or unregistered businesses may not be accepted.

Agencies are responsible for keeping their profiles updated. Any changes in ownership, licensing, or services must be communicated. Agencies must comply with all local laws and industry regulations
